MeditWait
MeditWait is a screen time app where you earn your phone time by meditating. Built on the principle that the cure for compulsive scrolling isn't more willpower but a small amount of attention training first, it turns the moment of reaching for your phone into a brief, deliberate pause.
GoOffline
GoOffline is a social commitment app that helps friends, families, and groups put their phones down together when they're sharing a meal, a meeting, or any time spent in person. Everyone joins a quick lobby with a 6-character invite code, picks a duration, and goes offline together — treating distraction as a group dynamic rather than a solo problem.
